Position Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for estimating mitigation work related to fire, water, flood, and other property losses affecting both residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, TPAs, and property owners to ensure projects are bid accurately, competitively, and profitably.
This role combines technical estimating expertise with relationship-driven sales. You will cultivate long-term partnerships with adjusters and insurance representatives to generate consistent project referrals. Additionally, you will attend industry events, support marketing presentations, and actively drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate projects for residential and commercial losses
  • Prepare accurate and competitive bids using industry software
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships
  • Attend industry events and assist with marketing efforts
  • Drive sales growth and profitability
