Position: Project Coordinator
Locations: Palm Beach FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
his role supports the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

This role is responsible for maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, managing project documentation, facilitating status communications, identifying risks, and supporting field execution activities.

The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of project management or project coordination experience, experience overseeing contractor execution, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet. Familiarity with utility, construction, renewable energy, or NERC compliance projects is preferred
