Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a construction project coordinator with experience in this area. The project coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and support the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing budgets, scheduling, and tracking project progress, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety guidelines. Coordinating inspections and ordering materials from supply houses.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products including excel, word.
  • Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Skills in Budgeting and managing project costs effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant construction technology and software is a plus.
  • Current resume with references required.
  • Experience with ordering materials and supplies and dealing with lead times and special-order products.
  • Experience with coordinating time frames with multiply trades.
