What weโ€™re looking for:

We are seeking an entry-level electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with a Project Manager to assist in completing projects.

What youโ€™ll be doing:

This position will have multiple roles ranging from: attending project meetings, assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination, onsite technician support, ability to safely operate a company vehicle, project quality control, staging of equipment, project documentation assembly and review, assisting with invoicing & project tasks, and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as the valuable point of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or related field (preferred but notrequired).
  • Prior internship experience within project management or related field(preferred but notrequired).
  • Customer service experiencea plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superiorproblem solvingandcommunication skills.
  • Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly.
  • Workindependently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience withMicrosoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
