  • Planning & Scheduling Oversight: Review and approve project work plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company quality standards, inspections, documentation requirements, and project closeout procedures.
  • Procurement & Material Coordination: Partner with Construction leadership to coordinate procurement schedules, material deliveries, and inventory planning to minimize project delays.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budget conversion, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Review and approve change orders while ensuring contractual compliance and financial accountability.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate project documentation, correspondence, reporting, and record retention in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Utilize Vitruvi construction project management software to manage project execution, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and performance tracking while promoting consistent use across the PMO.
