Job description

We are presently in the market for a Sr. Project Manager position with excellent communication, vendor management, application development and software package implementations experience. Please note this is not a remote position and requires the candidate to be on-site at our Deerfield Beach, Florida campus a minimum of 3 days a week. Please include the candidate's PMP certification and Agile certifications.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Executive presence and effective communication
    • Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team
    • Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish
    • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Waterfall and Agile Methodology
    • Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
    • Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies
      • Vendor Management
    • Experience with Vendor contracts management
    • Experience with and Vendor package implementations
    • Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams
      • Technical
    • Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects

  • Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree or higher required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) required
  • Scrum Master Certification a plus (or any other Agile certification)
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps a plus
  • Strong technical background a plus
  • Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering a plus
