Join our dynamic team in Pompano Beach, FL, as an Aerospace Welder! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to contribute to our innovative aerospace projects. In this role, you will be responsible for welding various components and structures, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities
  • Perform welding operations on aerospace components using various techniques, including TIG and MIG welding.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
  • Inspect and test welded joints to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of welding activities.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge of welding techniques and aerospace materials.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
  • Proven experience as a welder in the aerospace industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
