Please note: This position is focused on healthcare renovations in occupied facilities. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to ground-up construction will not be considered.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of healthcare renovation projects, from preconstruction through closeout, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing renovations in active hospitals and understands the unique planning and coordination required to protect patients, staff, and ongoing hospital operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with significant healthcare renovation experience.
  • Proven success managing renovation projects in occupied hospital or healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) procedures and infectious containment requirements.
  • Experience planning and coordinating abatement sequencing and phased construction.
  • Knowledge of negative air systems, dust containment protocols, and maintaining safe work environments during construction.
  • Ability to develop and communicate complex logistics plans that allow hospital operations to continue throughout construction.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and client relationships.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation of $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • A collaborative leadership team that values trust, accountability, and professional expertise.
  • The autonomy to lead projects without unnecessary micromanagement.
  • A healthy work-life balance that supports long-term career success.
  • Stable backlog of healthcare renovation projects with opportunities for advancement.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact by improving healthcare environments that serve patients and the community.

If you are a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for healthcare construction and a proven ability to lead complex renovation projects in occupied hospital environments, we encourage you to apply.
