Project Manager consultant needed to manage the ITSM requirements for a ServiceNow to JSM migration for a Financial Services/Banking client. Prior exp. as Jira Developer/Adm desired.

Must Haves:
4-yr Technical Degree
8+ yrs IT/Engineering exp
5+ yrs Designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments.
2+ yrs Jira Administration (Configure spaces, permissions, templates, and page structures to enhance knowledge sharing and documentation)

  • Completion of at least 1 project leading end-to-end migration from ServiceNow to Atlassian JIRA Service Management
