Operations Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across several brand families. This role is responsible for managing complex timelines, balancing competing priorities, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of new production innovations, limited-time offerings, and SKU lifecycle management initiatives including product sunsetting and delisting.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and can effectively manage project stages, gates, and reporting structures while aligning stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 3-7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, operations, product development, or related industries preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, stage-gate processes, and timeline management.
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools, including GANTT chart development and maintenance.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing timelines and evolving priorities across various brand families.
  • Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and completion for:
    • New production innovations
    • Limited-time offerings (LTOs)
    • SKU rationalization initiatives
    • Product sunsetting and delisting activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among operations, production, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain, finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collect, organize, and synthesize data and input from numerous employees and departments to maintain project alignment and momentum.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, GANTT charts, stage-gate documentation, and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and follow-up action items to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Provide clear and concise updates directly to the Vice President of Operations regarding project progress, challenges, and key deliverables.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance project execution efficiency and cross-functional communication.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
