Job description

Low Voltage Project Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: $90K – $110K + Bonus OTE ($120K - $140K)

Hours: Monday–Friday / 9AM –5PM


The Role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operational performance of low-voltage construction projects, with a strong focus on ground-up new construction and major renovations across multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, retail, and office environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own full Div 27/28 scope, including: structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A & fibre) wireless infrastructure, AV, access control, CCTV, intercom and related integrations
  • Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GCs, clients, and consultants
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings with Sales, Design, and Engineering
  • Plan and conduct job walk-throughs with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor field utilization and ensure foremen and technicians are working at full capacity
  • Ensure equipment and materials are ordered, received, staged, and logged for project kickoff
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and margin performance
  • Oversee change order requests and coordinate pricing with sales/engineering teams
  • Track labor hours, materials, and equipment costs


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years low voltage operations / project management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Division 27/28 projects for commercial new build and renovation projects.
  • Must have strong knowledge of access control and security products.
  • Experience with construction/project platforms such as Procore and Bluebeam preferred
  • Valid Driving Licence
