The Project Manager is responsible for managing elevator service, modernization, and/or repair projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and consistent with Elevated’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Manage full project lifecycle (post award → execution → closeout)
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and technicians
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Lead project communications, reporting, and performance reviews with clients

Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Oversee billing, change orders, and margin performance

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, and Field Teams
  • Align with internal stakeholders to resource projects effectively

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, elevator codes, and company safety standards
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness

 Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of project management experience (construction, MEP, elevator, or field services)
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)

Preferred:

  • Elevator industry experience
  • PMP or equivalent project certification
  • Experience with service + modernization project mix
