Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Account Manager manages client relationships, drives sales, and ensures customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and meeting revenue targets while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify sales opportunities and present products or services that meet client needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, outside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role
  • Must reside in or near the Pompano Beach, Florida area
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
