ITG Communications is hiring a Project Administrator in Hallandale, FL
The Project Administrator provides administrative and project support to the ITG Construction team. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project documentation, financial alignment, and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support across construction projects
  • Support project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and maintaining up-to-date project records
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support project execution and communication
  • Support financial reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with project data
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain and update systems, tools, and documentation used to manage construction projects
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned

Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of administrative or project support experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in cable or telecommunications construction preferred
