Job Description

Join a fast-growing business as a Salesforce Administrator, where you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data within a Salesforce-based ERP environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain robust data governance, drive continuous improvement in data management, and support commercial analysis and strategic decision-making across the organization. This senior role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position and eventually lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other internal teams to maintain strong data governance and continuously improve data management processes.
  • Ensure Salesforce ERP data is accurate, complete, and high-quality to support commercial analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to the sales team and other internal customers.
  • Monitor data accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing quality checks.
  • Develop, document, and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures for data management within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Train and support users on Salesforce data management best practices, including proper data entry, reporting usage, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Use business intelligence tools and reporting databases, including Power BI, to derive insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities using in-depth knowledge of sales, finance, and broader business processes.
  • Deliver timely, accurate reports and analyses to internal customers, ensuring information is easy to access and understand.
  • Build and maintain accurate reports and live dashboards in Salesforce and related reporting tools.
  • Organize and maintain report folders and structures to ensure users can easily find and access relevant information.
  • Design, build, and maintain system flows and automation within Salesforce to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary system liaison between internal team members and the external IT managed service provider (MSP).
  • Lead projects such as system integrations (e.g., website, IT systems, and other platforms) to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and optimization of business processes, working effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Lead or support additional projects as required, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
Essential Skills
  • Accredited four-year degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and managing Salesforce ERP and/or CRM environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator or equivalent) are required.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including data management, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
  • Experience working with Salesforce used as an ERP platform (non-CRM configuration).
  • Strong data management and data cleansing skills, with a focus on maintaining high data quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (highly preferred).
  • Experience in developing and improving business processes, particularly in a matrix organization.
  • Experience leading or managing projects, including cross-functional initiatives and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite in Sunrise, FL, with standard working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position requires working onsite during an initial training period of approximately 90 days, after which there is an opportunity for a hybrid schedule, typically 1–2 days per week working from home, subject to business needs and performance. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment within a company that plans to significantly expand in the next 1–2 years while maintaining a family-business feel. You will regularly use Salesforce as an ERP platform, Microsoft Excel and Office, Power BI, and related accounting and ERP tools such as Accounting Seed, AVSight, and Quantum. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
