·         Partner with foremen to provide quarterly and annual performance feedback for retrofit technicians, including 90-day reviews, assessments, and 360 evaluations
·         Prepare bids and proposals for General Contract projects, including estimating, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and project documentation
·         Review project submittals and manage RFIs, change orders, permits, and equipment procurement in coordination with project teams
·         Assist Project Administrators with customer communication, billing support, and project-related inquiries
·         Attend and contribute to weekly operations meetings and monthly safety/workers’ compensation meetings
·         Establish trust and build strong relationships with internal and external teams.

·         Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects.
·         Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
·         Organized, self-starting, open listener and communicator.
