Electrical Project Manager – Residential & Commercial

SWD Electric is a fast-growing, veteran-owned electrical contracting company serving Palm Beach County. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from award through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and profitable project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple residential and commercial electrical projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and vendors.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project scopes to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, change orders, and job profitability.
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Work closely with field electricians to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.
  • Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and manage inventory needs.
  • Schedule inspections, ensure permit compliance, and coordinate with local jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to avoid delays.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers while representing SWD Electric professionally.

Qualifications
