Job Title: Technical Project Manager (TPM)
Location: Sunrise, FL (Onsite)
Payrate 60/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development or IT infrastructure, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing timelines, mitigating risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet business goals and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project; report on status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and blockers, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in software development, cloud, infrastructure, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business terms.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
