Votre futur rôle

Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit vos compétences en gestion de projet et en analyse technique dans un domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe collaborative et dynamique, et vous contribuerez directement à la réussite de projets stratégiques en apportant un soutien opérationnel et technique.

Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de l'entreprise (ingénieurs, experts techniques, managers de projet), participerez à l'analyse et à la résolution de problématiques techniques, et veillerez à la bonne coordination des livrables. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration des processus et la fluidité des échanges entre les parties prenantes.

Vous vous occuperez plus particulièrement de fournir un support technique pour des investigations de problèmes, mais aussi de préparer des ébauches de réponses techniques pour des lettres et de réaliser des analyses de données pour des rapports.

Nous ferons appel à vous pour :

  • Fournir un support technique pour identifier et analyser les problèmes rencontrés sur les projets.

  • Rédiger des ébauches de réponses techniques pour des correspondances officielles.

  • Effectuer des analyses de données pour préparer des rapports clairs et précis.

  • Assurer le suivi auprès des experts techniques pour garantir la livraison de leurs contributions dans les délais impartis.

  • Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour garantir la fluidité des projets.

  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus.

  • Contribuer à la documentation des projets et des processus techniques.

  • Apporter un soutien sur toute autre tâche liée au rôle de Project Engineering Manager (PREM).

  • Bonne compréhension des concepts d’ingénierie et de gestion de projet.

  • Compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter des données techniques.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des profils variés.

  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.

  • Maîtrise de logiciels tels que Excel, PowerPoint, et éventuellement des outils de gestion de projet.

Bilinguisme

La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise.

La connaissance d’une troisième langue est un atout dans le cadre de collaborations avec nos partenaires, fournisseurs, collègues et clients internationaux.
