Job description

Deliver exceptional project delivery support by keeping teams organized, informed, and on track. This role plays a vital part in driving successful outcomes through document control, project tracking, financial coordination, and quality assurance - ensuring every detail supports a seamless client experience. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, financial teams, and clients to monitor schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables; support proposals, reports, invoicing, and WIP; and keep systems like TerraNet, CRM, and Compass up to date. With a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement, you help turn complex programs into well-coordinated, high-quality results.


 


 

  • High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years' related experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred (if applicable).
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.
  • Provide project delivery support including document control, project tracking, quality assurance, and administrative coordination to ensure a strong client experience.
  • Support project and program managers with resource planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Partner with financial analysts and accountants to track project timelines, budgets, contracts, proposals, and deliverables in applicable systems (e.g., TerraNet, CRM).
  • Assist with drafting project reports, proposals, fee estimates, and change orders.
  • Support Work in Progress (WIP), invoicing, and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
  • Respond to Operations questions regarding client programs and internal systems.

Document Control

  • Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with established quality standards and processes.
  • Provide administrative and tracking support for Operations, National Accounts, or Sector programs.
  • Maintain accurate project data including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and contract status.

Project Delivery Support

  • Provide regular updates to project and program leaders on project status, milestones, deliverables, and financials.
  • Maintain and update project information in TerraNet, CRM, and other tracking tools.
  • Support proposal development, project registration, and invoicing in collaboration with financial teams.
  • Track project milestones, change orders, and contract documentation.
  • Prepare portions of technical reports, drawings, and supporting documentation as directed.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding report status and delivery timelines.

Compass Delivery Focus

  • Maintain and update project-level Compass data, as applicable.
  • Support training and coaching for project teams to promote effective Compass use and enhance the client experience.

General

  • Follow all safety policies, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns.
  • Maintain quality standards across all projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
