Company Description

Forge Business Technology is a small, experienced team focused on solving real problems inside complex environments. We support federal and commercial organizations by helping them better understand, manage, and operate their systems, especially where things have become difficult to track, measure, or control.

We partner closely with our customers to improve how their environments function, whether that means bringing structure to scattered processes, increasing visibility into costs and assets, or helping teams operate more effectively day to day. We care about building solutions that actually work in practice, not just on paper.

The company was founded by a veteran with over a decade of hands-on IT experience and a long track record of delivering and leading complex solutions. That background shapes how we operate. We value accountability, practical thinking, and people who take ownership of their work.

We are based in Utah and support programs across the Department of Defense. As we grow, we are looking for individuals who are dependable, capable, and motivated to contribute in meaningful ways, not just fill a role.

If you are someone who prefers solving real problems, working with a high level of trust, and being part of a team where your work matters, you will fit well here.
