Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Duration: 1-4 months

Location: Hartford CT 06156

Job Description:

  • Administrating requests for goods for an event
  • Ordering, gathering and packing supplies requiring some Lifting and moving of boxes.
  • Completion of paperwork, labels
  • Tracking / chasing (we've had items stolen, damaged or delayed and need someone to stay on top of them)
  • Receiving shipments and restocking
  • Assisting EA with other projects as needed
