Your impact

Support one of the largest and diverse technical solutions providers in the world and have a hand in helping in laying the foundation for human progress.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Program Director, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and broader project team within our Life Sciences Group. This role is central to keeping project operations organized, efficient, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Meeting Coordination โ€” Schedule, organize, and prepare for internal and external meetings, including calendar management and logistics.

โ€ข Project Notes โ€” Create, maintain, and distribute accurate meeting minutes for all project-related meetings.

โ€ข Project Documentation โ€” Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing project reports, presentations, safety documentation and other deliverables.

โ€ข Presentation Support โ€” Develop and format PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials.

โ€ข Team Support โ€” Provide day to day administrative support to project leadership and team members.

โ€ข Catering and Logistics โ€” Coordinate catering and onsite meeting needs as required.

โ€ข Communication โ€” Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

โ€ข In-person Position - single point of contact to team members arriving to site

โ€ข Outreach and Community initiatives involvement โ€“ desirable to have knowledge of the area and the site to enable the project to target community outreach programs

Here's what you'll need

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other discipline is considered; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

โ€ข At least 8 years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization preferred

โ€ข Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams

โ€ข Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Software)

โ€ข Demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, planning and organizing, flexibility and adaptability, customer service, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Ideally you'll have:

โ€ข Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

โ€ข Proven self-starter, proactive, with the ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $49,100.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper $85,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $49,100.00 to $85,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
