Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Perform and execute project functions: Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant internal stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the execution of assigned projects. Support cross-functional collaboration within the program management framework

· Support efficient project lifecycle management: Develop and maintain project plans to track progress from beginning to end. Monitor changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, escalating as needed. Help ensure resource availability and allocation. Suggest improvements to procedures and systems as opportunities arise, and help ensure changes are communicated to key stakeholders and end users.

· Support learning solutions: Help educate stakeholders and participants on the program management framework and new approaches to project work. Assist in onboarding project participants to tools and processes.

· Communicate project status: Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders, using established formats and templates. Clearly communicate progress, barriers, and next steps to the appropriate audience.


Qualifications:

  • ·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience (or relevant internship/academic project experience)
  • Exposure to project management software tools preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and Smart Sheets
