Our business scope covers CMP, photomask, wafer and mask inspection, consumable spare parts, SOI wafer, LCD process and inspection equipment and materials; outsourcing service in tool manufacturing; clean room and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control system, etc.

Job overview:

The Project Admin/Project Control role supports the site project team with construction administration, document control, meeting coordination, project records, onboarding support, and site communication.

This role is part of the supporting function and is not intended to own full responsibilities.

This position requires direct semiconductor or high-tech construction experience, including familiarity with cleanroom/fab project documentation, revision control, change documentation, compliance records, and fast-paced site support needs.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite administrative and document-control support to the local team.
  • Manage project documentation, compliance records, and different files.
  • Maintain document version control, file structure, distribution logs, naming conventions, approval routing, and document status tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track action items, and support communication between different departments.
  • Support project progress tracking, schedule updates, reporting templates, dashboard inputs, and administrative follow-up for open items.
  • Support site onboarding documentation, badge/visitor coordination, training record collection, site office logistics, and administrative records.
  • Assist with compliance/permitting documentation and basic PO/invoice document routing when needed.
  • Ensure records are accurate, organized, audit-ready, and aligned with semiconductor construction quality, safety, cleanliness, and client documentation requirements.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of construction administration, project administration, document control, project coordination, or site office support experience required.
  • Direct semiconductor fab, high-tech manufacturing, or regulated construction project experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and accurate data entry/reporting.

Skills:

  • Strong document control, organization, version tracking, file management, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of semiconductor construction documentation and construction phases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage high-volume paperwork, multiple deadlines, meeting follow-ups, and urgent site requests.
  • Professional judgment, confidentiality, customer-service mindset, and ability to keep project records clean and audit-ready.
