Job Title: Legal & Risk Admin Assistant Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Contract Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: Not specified

Responsibilities

  • Assist with legal and risk management administrative tasks to support the legal team and risk assessments.
  • Maintain and organize legal documentation, records, and files in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for legal and risk-related projects.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations related to legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and communications related to legal and risk concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in legal or risk management environments.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
