Job description

Job Description We're hiring a Fabrication Project Admin for our Southeast Houston area client. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who can interview immediately. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Fabrication Project Admin Location: Southeast Houston, TX Pay: $45,000 - $55,000/year DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Coordinate and maintain fabrication job documentation from start to finish.

Review work orders, bills of materials, drawings, and project paperwork for accuracy. Track project status and organize files to ensure timely production and invoicing. Communicate with production, purchasing, and accounting to resolve documentation issues.

Requirements: 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or document control experience. Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and math skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
