What you'll do

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving strategic performance visibility across Go-To-Market (GTM) West portfolio, orchestrating complex data into actionable marketing insights & executive reporting that drive business growth. This high-level role will be at the intersection of strategic planning, community performance analytics, and GTM excellence.

Marketing PMO and Strategic Planning:

  • Lead marketing initiatives, strategic planning and market excellence programs.

  • Conduct community GTM deep-dives, delivering insights and actionable data to orient strategy and monitor performance

  • Develop and operationalize governance models for multi-site deployment initiatives

  • Maintain program documentation (methodologies, templates, processes)

Community Performance & Analytics

  • Conduct comprehensive community analysis, selection and prioritization

  • Oversee budget and performance management in collaboration with national teams, including gating KPI's, channel targets, product performance and yield metrics

  • Manage implementation and deployment of programs/projects

  • Analyze regional performance data and provide actionable insights & recommendations

  • Coordinate unified Go-to-Market planning (annual/quarterly)

Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop, communicate, and promote actionable research recommendations and KPI reporting to all levels of management

  • Coordinate with regional leaders for strategic initiative execution

  • Present strategic updates to executive leadership and governance committees

  • Facilitate governance committees and performance reviews with executive stakeholders

Qualifications


What you bring

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, project management, or related field (MBA a major asset)

  • At least 5 years in strategic leadership role or management consulting

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-site or multi-geography program deployment

  • Knowledge of telecommunications sector or technology infrastructure (an asset)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills

  • Strong financial acumen with ability to articulate business cases and ROI

  • Advanced skills in data analysis and analytical dashboard creation

  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing
