Job description

The Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for driving Lean principles, optimizing end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, and building engagement across teams to deliver meaningful improvements in efficiency, cost, and operational effectiveness.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

RESPONSIBILITES

What You'll Be Doing:

Major Position Accountabilities 

  • Leads and executes Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing operations. 
  • Facilitates collaboration across departments to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and drive change. 
  • Conducts Gemba walks, root cause analyses, and kaizen events to promote hands-on engagement and eliminate waste. 
  • Champions change management and support digital transformation projects that align physical processes with ERP/MRP systems. 
  • Develops and tracks KPIs to measure project impact and promote a culture of operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You'll Need For Success:

Top Position Specific Requirements 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or a combination of relevant work experience and education. Strong understanding of Lean tools, value stream mapping, and process analysis; Lean certification required. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean. 
  • Proven ability to engage, coach, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred), and a hands-on, data-driven, and practical approach to problem-solving.
