Job Description

EDGE programs are designed to help the next generation of makers, builders and innovators jump-start a successful career at Rockwell Automation. These programs will help new grads expand, discover, grow and excel – providing that critical EDGE needed as you grow into your career.

By participating in this rotational program, you will complete four six-month project assignments designed to build your knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, processes, and technical skills. Associates perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout the program. Associates can be placed within a technology development or analytics development program track based on their interests and skillsets.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Graduating or graduated with a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to the start date (~June/July 2027) .
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or anytime in the future.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Graduating with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or similar from an accredited college or university in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
  • Experience working in a business setting (e.g., internship, co-op or professional)
  • A passion for technology, process improvement and innovation
  • Proven teamwork collaboration
  • Ability to work with complex systems to analyze data input and process flows.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, generative & Agentic AI) and their practical applications in IT
