Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.The Associate Program Manager, Sterility Assurance is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives that support end-to-end sterility assurance across the organization. Working in partnership with subject matter experts in microbiology, sterilization, manufacturing, facilities, quality, research and development and regulatory affairs, this role drives program execution, monitors risks, coordinates resources, and ensures timely delivery of business-critical objectives.This position serves as a key integrator across multiple sites and functions, helping to advance sterility assurance capabilities through effective program planning, governance, communication, and execution.
