Job Description

As a Human Resources (HR) intern, you will contribute to delivering best-in-class HR tools, solutions, and support to meet the evolving needs of the business and our workforce while learning and developing skills to help you launch your career in human resources. *HR Intern assignment focus is determined based on business need as well as interest areas of the selected intern. Assignment decisions are typically communicated to interns 2-4 weeks before the first day of employment.
Examples of past intern assignments include:
  • HR Services - Assist with processing employee data transactions, participate in HR systems projects requirements gathering and testing activities

  • Recruiting - participate in recruiting strategy meetings, candidate sourcing, review and update job postings and interview guides

  • Human Capital Insights - assist with review and testing of newly developed HR reports and analytics

  • Employee Relations - Participate in the employee relations quarterly global HR policy review and participating in employee relations cases

Required Qualifications:
  • Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders - clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary range for this role is $67,000. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
