About the Position: Assists and advises the Chief of the assigned Division in the formulation, development and direction of administrative and personnel management policy matters. Plans, coordinates and performs work involving workforce and work load analysis; position management, employee training requirements, employee development; public and business relations; and a variety of other administrative functions, including property management, security matters, and logistical support.Qualifications:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Performing administrative functions such as workforce and workload analysis, position management, employee training, public and business relations, security matters, and logistical support; Preparing and coordinating personnel actions with servicing HR office; Preparing organizational charts and various special reports; Reviewing, proofreading and editing correspondence.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).

Education:Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.Employment Type: OTHER
