Job Title: Enterprise Programs Portfolio Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long Term,
Duties: The Enterprise Programs team manages large-scale change initiatives within the Office of the CEO. Partnering with the Customer Experience and CIO teams, the Enterprise Programs team is responsible for developing our current and next generation processes and systems roadmap, overseeing global integrations and improving data quality.
The Enterprise Program team has an exciting opportunity to lead a large cross functional effort to transform our Master Data Management Process.
The Enterprise Program Portfolio Manager will need to be a very seasoned Program Manager who can easily engage with over 12+ workstreams, 45+ active stakeholders, and knows what it takes to implement large transformational change.
* Help define different types of projects - both traditional waterfall and agile - based on size (cost, resource requirements, duration) across Equinix.
* Define a project framework - including phases and required deliverables based on size.
* Help formulate templates that correspond with deliverables (that will work for the Equinix culture).
* Create a central repository so that stakeholders know where to go to get the information needed to execute projects at Equinix.
* Change Management - ensure leadership buy-in, communications, and training plans are all in place in order to rollout changes in an efficient and effective manner.
* Help spearhead an ePMO Council - kick off council, facilitate meetings, deliverables, set expectations, etc
* Provide a mindset of continuous improvement - that is start small, prove success, and build on it.
* Help develop requirements to implement a PPM tool. Participate as a key stakeholder in the project.
* Help support planning processes - drive cross functional teams to come up with an annual roadmap
* Help define success criteria for the ePMO and corresponding portfolios
* Assist in leading a scrum pilot - introduce scrum to the Equinix culture
