Farbman Group is seeking a skilled Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee the performance and management of our residential property portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional living experiences and maximize portfolio profitability. Properties may be spread across a large region, so occasional travel between sites may be required.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple residential properties, ensuring operational excellence and high resident satisfaction.

Develop and oversee budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement cost control measures.

Lead, mentor, and support property management teams across the portfolio.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Drive marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Analyze market conditions and adjust strategies to maximize asset value.

Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance to senior management.

Collaborate with maintenance, leasing, and financial teams to optimize property operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in residential property management or portfolio management.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple property management teams.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
