Senior Portfolio Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote (subject to change)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to support portfolio and project management initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project planning, resource management, issue resolution, and organizational alignment across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee portfolio and project activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and prioritization efforts.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.
  • Partner with business, technical, and creative teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support organizational change management and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and portfolio governance processes.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project and portfolio management practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant portfolio, program, or project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including project planning, resource planning, issue management, and change management.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
