Job Description The Head of Portfolio Management for Multi Product Ownership (MPO) owns the end-to-end MPO product and value portfolio, ensuring bundles, pricing, benefits, and add-ons deliver strong customer value while protecting profitability and long-term sustainability.
The Head of Portfolio Management for MPO is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the MPO product and value portfolio. This role owns what Globe sells under MPO, including bundle structures, pricing logic, benefit ladders, add-ons, and profitability guardrails.
The role ensures that the MPO portfolio delivers compelling customer value while protecting margins, ARPA, and long-term sustainability. It leads the design of modular, tiered offerings that are simple to understand, scalable to operate, and differentiated versus single-product and competitive offers.
The Head of Portfolio Management works closely with Acquisition, Base Management, Loyalty, Finance, and CX teams to ensure portfolio constructs are executable, economically sound, and aligned with customer needs. The role also drives portfolio simplification, offer rationalization, and business casing for new MPO propositions, benefits, and partnerships.
This role sets commercial guardrails but does not own channel execution or customer lifecycle programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Define and evolve MPO product architecture (core bundles, add-ons, benefits)
2) Own pricing strategy, discounting logic, and margin guardrails
3) Design and manage tiering and benefit ladders
4) Ensure clear differentiation vs single-product and competitive offers
5) Lead portfolio simplification and rationalization initiatives
6) Develop business cases for new offers and partnerships
7) Monitor portfolio performance and optimize continuously
