VP Racing is seeking a driven, hands-on Car Wash General Manager (Site Leader) to lead the daily operations of one of our branded car wash locations. This role is about more than keeping the facility running, it's about building a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving operational excellence every day.
As the leader of the site, you'll own the overall performance of the location, including team development, safety, equipment uptime, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational execution. You'll spend your time coaching employees, solving problems, maintaining standards, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.

What You'll Do

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.   • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field, and/or 3+ years of management experience in car wash, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or a similar customer-focused environment.
