Project/Program/Portfolio Manager Must be local to Illinois (Onsite when needed) we are looking for a UKG portfolio manager as described below- this would be a contractor for approx. 6 months with possibility of extension - Workday go live is Jan1, 2027 so onsite for 2 weeks post likely and perhaps some time prior- can be addressed in interview. • Workday & UKG Expertise • Deep understanding of UKG Pro, Workforce Management (WFM), and Dimensions platforms • Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and Benefits • Understanding of Workday integration frameworks (EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) • Experience with HCM-to-payroll and workforce management integrations • Knowledge of employee master data, organizational structures, and security models • Program & Portfolio Management • Oversight of integrated project plans across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations • Portfolio governance and prioritization management • Dependency identification and management across Workday and UKG workstreams • Executive reporting • Integration & Data Management • Expertise in data mapping, conversion, and reconciliation processes • Understanding of inbound/outbound interface design • Experience managing integration testing strategies • Ability to oversee data quality and data governance activities • Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Integration Cloud
