We are seeking professionals that are available to work out of Springfield or Eaton, Ohio. Also, there is a Sr. Project Manager position available with our same client with a very similar job description. If you are light on the Program Mgmt. experience but have the desired skill set we are looking for, we still encourage you to apply.


Job Description:

The Program Manager will spearhead US-based cross-functional initiatives to establish & operationalize a new international manufacturing facility. This role is crucial to our client's strategic expansion in the region and requires strong expertise in greenfield expansion, international coordination and production ramp-up. The Program Manager will engage on multiple projects: facilities, maintenance, capital intensive/cost savings initiatives, NPI, supplier development, etc.


Program Execution & Coordination:

  • Serve as the Program Manager in charge of coordinating/executing all U.S. based activities supporting a greenfield manufacturing expansion overseas.
  • Execute against overall program direction, integrated master schedule, and priorities defined by the Program Director, who owns the end-to-end program plan and schedule.
  • Act as the primary execution liaison between U.S. sending sites and the overseas greenfield site to ensure alignment, readiness, and on-time delivery of all required inputs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors in operations mgmt., supply chain, engineering, business, or related field with 11+ years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • Fluent in coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with greenfield initiatives & global expansion.
  • Prior experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
