The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Annuity Modernization Program ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives managing complex dependencies and driving value realization across all workstreams This role requires extensive experience managing complex transformation programs across large enterprises

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment Vision Translate strategy into a clear future state measurable outcomes and a multiyear roadmap Develop transformation charter case for change and outcome maps
  • Portfolio Prioritization Lead initiative prioritization by value feasibility risk and capacity Develop business cases funding requests and investment decision frameworks
  • Governance  Accountability Design and facilitate governance models decisionrights matrices RACI frameworks and escalation protocols to enable timely traceable decisions
  • Integrated Planning Ensure business technology data process change and release plans are integrated and actively replanned Manage critical path and dependencies
  • Value Realization Develop benefits realization plans executive dashboards and KPI scorecards Lead value reviews and correctiveaction planning
