Le role
Nous soutenons un client des marches des capitaux dans le cadre d'une initiative critique de renouvellement et de modernisation du materiel. A titre d'ingenieur DevOps senior, vous jouerez un role cle dans la livraison d'une transformation d'infrastructure de bout en bout - de la decouverte et l'evaluation comparative jusqu'au deploiement et a la validation. Vous travaillerez au sein d'equipes interfonctionnelles afin d'assurer l'execution harmonieuse des activites de renouvellement du materiel, tout en ameliorant l'efficacite operationnelle et la performance.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Diriger les activites de decouverte et produire une documentation complete sur l'etat actuel ainsi que des cartes de processus
  • Definir des cadres d'evaluation comparative et etablir des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) pour mesurer la performance et le succes de l'infrastructure
  • Soutenir les initiatives de renouvellement du materiel, y compris l'analyse des stocks et la planification
  • Superviser le deploiement des environnements, la mise a disposition du materiel et l'installation du systeme d'exploitation
  • Piloter la configuration des serveurs, le deploiement des applications et la validation afin d'assurer la preparation a la production

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Experience demontree dans des roles de DevOps, d'ingenierie d'infrastructure ou d'ingenierie de plateforme dans des environnements complexes
  • Solide connaissance des cycles de renouvellement du materiel, de la mise a disposition des serveurs et du deploiement de systemes d'exploitation (Linux/Windows)
  • Experience avec les deploiements d'environnements, la gestion de la configuration et les outils d'automatisation des deploiements

The Role

We are supporting a leading capital markets client through a critical market infrastructure transformation initiative focused on expanding the Canadian Fixed Income ecosystem and onboarding key market participants to strategic clearing and repo services. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of this complex, multi-workstream program, ensuring alignment across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.

Working within a highly regulated capital markets environment, you will coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and organizations, manage critical dependencies and risks, and help ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

This role requires a strong delivery leader who can navigate complexity, foster collaboration across stakeholder groups, and maintain momentum across interconnected initiatives while supporting program governance and executive reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale capital markets transformation program, ensuring alignment across business, operational, and technology workstreams
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups and organizations, helping maintain a unified delivery approach and shared program objectives
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints to support successful delivery outcomes
