Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for daily management and operation of their program. The Program Manager will provide administrative/clinical supervision to the program staff to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with agency requirements. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring quality of care that aligns with the agency’s brand promise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Lives out the INcompass Healthcare promise by consistently displaying compassion, treating all with dignity, and providing exceptional care for everyone.
  • Incorporates the six principles of trauma informed care throughout all aspects of their work.
  • Provides programmatic oversight and development specific to their programs.
  • Ensures that the program has all resources needed.
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision as appropriate.
  • Willingness to provide placement opportunities for interns.
  • Completes administrative tasks, such as
    • Manages Risk and Safety Concerns
    • Stays abreast of agency policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and other compliance standards and provides training and support to their team.
    • Provides on call support to program needs.
    • Ensures staffing coverage.
  • Provides oversight to their program budget and staffing requirements.
  • Monitors and provides oversight into quality improvement measures for their program.
  • Ensures training requirements are met as appropriate.
  • Provides ongoing performance appraisal including recognizing strengths and responding to their staff's needs for professional growth, such as providing plans for support and improvement as needed.
  • Participates in internal agency initiatives, workgroups, and committees as identified.
  • Actively identifies, engages, and maintains partnerships within the community.
  • Builds a culture of learning, connectedness and support.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
  • Preferred an Independent licensure as Counselor, Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Preferred a master's degree in counseling, social work or marriage and family therapy
  • A minimum of two years of related experience managing behavioral health programming and staff
  • General knowledge of Evidenced-Based Practices.
  • Possesses the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently within a time-sensitive environment.
  • High level of personal energy and possess a positive attitude.
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others in a highly collaborative environment, learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to challenges.
