Overview:

The Senior Manager, Marketing Program Management will lead high-impact, cross-functional programs from concept through execution and post analysis, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who can align diverse stakeholders, motivate teams, and translate ambiguity into action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, sales, product, GTM, eComm, operations, finance, and external partners
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and success metrics while measuring progress and identifying barriers and creatively problem solving
  • Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately
  • Lead regular program reviews, status updates, and executive-level communications
  • Motivate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering accountability and collaboration
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with business objectives and adjust scope or approach as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within consumer electronics, CPG, retail, or a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills - able to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope in a matrixed organization
  • Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com)
  • Team player invested in everyone's success and understanding of new ways of working

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
