Giants Baseball & Softball Camps seeks a Youth Program Director in Napa to manage daily camp operations and staff leadership at our Justin-Siena High School location, and others.
The Youth Program Director serves as the top authority at camp, ensuring structured programming, safe play, and professional execution.
Core Duties:
  • Direct all on-field activities and staff assignments
  • Ensure compliance with safety and supervision standards
  • Provide real-time coaching feedback to instructors
  • Maintain equipment organization and site logistics
  • Deliver a high-quality, organized camp experience
Preferred Experience:
  • Youth development leadership background
  • Coaching or playing experience in baseball/softball
  • Experience supervising multiple staff members
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
