The Strategic Quote Development Coordinator provides various lines of support to the Strategic Quote Development Specialist, Project Manager and General Manager by assisting with price quotes, ship and debits, entering, renewing and updating the system.ย  Will assist with customer inquiries, the coordination of special customer request and issue resolution.

Our Strategic Quote Development Coordinator:

  • Reviews and ensures accuracy of booking reports by reviewing and making corrections to data and orders daily.
  • Researches and obtains pricing on all non-inventory items by contacting the Rep Firm or Manufacturer and communicating the information back to the Product Manager or sales person.
  • Coordinates issue resolution by working with the Strategic Quote Development Specialist and the Customer to ensure smooth sales to quoting process.
  • Assist the Strategic Quote Development Specialist to process customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information by utilizing the computer supplier access.
  • Provides back-up to the Strategic Quote Development Specialist, by answering customer inquiries, returning telephone calls, and researching and preparing quotes.
  • Completes sales orders by entering ship and debit information and required data in computer system in a timely manner.
  • Participates in TTIโ€™s Total Quality Process by following established policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • A minimum of six months related experience or training preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or electronics industry is preferred.

  • Possesses strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel) at a basic level.
