This is a hands-on, collaborative role where youโ€™ll manage campaigns, strengthen donor relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects the impact of our mission.


What Youโ€™ll Do Drive Fundraising Campaign Execution
  • Build, manage, and optimize email campaignsโ€”segmenting audiences, automating journeys, and analyzing engagement to improve results
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute integrated fundraising campaigns
  • Translate program impact into compelling donor-facing content that inspires giving
Deliver Accurate and Timely Donor Stewardship
  • Process gifts with precision and ensure donors receive prompt, meaningful acknowledgements
  • Create personalized donor communications including thank-you letters, impact reports, and campaign follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure data integrity in Raiserโ€™s Edge
Coordinate Multi-Channel Engagement
  • Oversee eCommerce and online giving tools, including campaign pages, event ticketing, and peer-to-peer fundraising
  • Support fundraising events by managing guest lists, tracking RSVPs, and coordinating materials and recognition efforts
  • Enhance web forms and donation experiences in collaboration with marketing
Strengthen Data, Reporting amp; Insights
