New Avenues to Independence provides services to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

We are now recruiting for PROGRAM DEVELOPER

The Program Developer provides direct supports to the individuals served by the agency and is responsible for ensuring a team of Program Specialists are successful in implementing agency policies and procedures.

What we are looking for in you:

Must be able to perform on call responsibilities including maintaining appropriate staffing, being available to work direct shifts as needed, and maintaining timely communication with all team members.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. 18 years of age or older.

2. High School diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3. Minimum of two years of experience with individuals with IDD.

4. Minimum one year of supervision experience.

5. A desire to assist people with their growth and success.

6. An ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.

7. A valid Ohio driver’s license with 4 points or less on the individuals BMV driving record
