Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Program Coordinator to join our global Consulting practice. In this role, you will act as the "engine" of our team, managing the back-end administrative and operational processes that allow our consultants to deliver world-class service. You will be the central bridge between our team, legal, and finance to ensure our projects are compliant and staffed efficiently.

What You ll Do

  • Operational Intake: Triage new service requests and match the right consultants to projects based on skill sets and availability.
  • SOW Management: Drive the internal and external signature process for Statements of Work and Work Orders.
  • Resource Coordination: Lead weekly staffing calls to forecast capacity and manage the mobilization of our global team.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Use Google Sheets and Looker to extract data and prepare performance dashboards for leadership.
  • Agile Support: Assist in orchestrating stand-ups and tracking new tooling capabilities using agile methodologies.
