Description:
Patton is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the execution of customer programs within our defense, government, and industrial markets. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day program activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned across teams, and executed with the discipline required for mission-critical environments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders.
In addition to program execution, this role will provide limited support to marketing initiatives that help showcase Patton's capabilities and completed work.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate execution of assigned customer programs (typically $1-2M in scope)
  • Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing
  • Track progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or issues
  • Ensure accountability for action items across teams

Customer & Stakeholder Communication
  • Support customer communication through status updates and follow-ups
  • Track customer requests, questions, and issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Escalate issues to senior program leadership when appropriate

Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a central coordination point between Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales/Customer teams
  • Organize and support program meetings, including agendas and action tracking

Documentation & Systems Management
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, including schedules, requirements, and change tracking
  • Ensure data is properly maintained in ERP and internal systems (e.g., SyteLine)
  • Support documentation practices required for defense and government programs, including traceability and audit readiness

Marketing Support (Secondary Responsibility)
  • Assist in developing project summaries and case studies
  • Support website and content updates
  • Support proposal development by gathering program and technical inputs
  • Maintain marketing materials and CRM data
  • Assist with coordination of marketing initiatives

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field)
