The Youth Transition Services Program Coordinator, reports directly to the Youth Transition Services Program Manager, and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of services offered to participants in the program. The Program Coordinator assists clients in obtaining needed services or resources, and develops/maintains relationships with external partners.
